Welcome to Useful Camping Tips! My hope for the site is that it will help outdoor enthusiast of all levels to enjoy their time spent in the outdoors. This blog was developed because of encouraging comments made to me by my amazing girlfriend on a two night camping trip to the Guadalupe River in Texas. She urged me to channel my love of camping and useful tools into a medium that can help others. Thank you for the reinforcement, babe.

- Well hello Reader! Welcome to my blog, Useful Camping Tips. I'm an outdoor enthusiast blogger (haha Blogger, in the loosest sense of the term). While I may not be the highest authority on camping and everything outdoors, I do have a clear understanding of what works and what doesn't work when planning a camping trip or executing tasks while in the wild. I'm going to use this blog communicate the skills I've learn through experiences and trial-and-error. It's very simple, use common sense. That is the main rule to a successful trip.
